Tasting notes

The golden colour is seductive, with a powerful nose of muscat aromas complemented by the sweetness of apricot. Soft notes from barrel ageing give a toasted aspect. This Muscadelle, harvested very ripe, offers exceptional richness and roundness, finishing on a spicy note.

At the table

Its superb aromas of muscat fruit and apricot pair with a seared cod fillet, roasted apricots and lemon thyme. It can also accompany an apple tart with cinnamon.
